About
BUILT IN THE DISTRICT.
Valet Elements was founded by Justin Gay, a lifelong Washingtonian, and built through the District's own economy: government procurement, hands-on AI adoption, and training delivered to the neighborhoods we come from.
The path here
The company started in DC government contracting, winning and fulfilling District orders the unglamorous way: on time and documented. That work led to building software for government contractors, which led to something bigger: realizing that the AI tools reshaping our own work were about to reshape everyone's, and that most of the District's businesses and institutions had nobody to teach them.
Today Valet Elements trains teams and entrepreneurs, builds AI systems into real operations, and helps organizations win and deliver government work. Everything we teach, we use daily.
The mission
Make the District's people and businesses fluent and competitive in an AI driven economy.
How we work.
Working software over slideware
Every engagement ends with something running. If it does not survive contact with Monday morning, we did not finish.
Paper trails that pass audits
We won our DC awards by taking compliance seriously, and we manage every client engagement with the same discipline.
Neighborhood first
Headquartered in Ward 8, delivering in Wards 7 and 8, and building AI fluency where the District needs it most.
